I wonder what the figures for our last bad flu season would look like if everyone that had died from any cause in that year was pcr tested for flu and all positives therefore treated as a flu deaths?

I'm struggling with this. I sort of had faith in people. Thinking they're not all really brainwashed or so ball-less they won't say what they think.
Most probably just think they're doing right thing.
But nup.

Love it how when they die in this circumstance it’s from, “Natural loss of their life”. But whenever an old person dies with covid, lockdowns, masks, QR codes galore. Once again, total hypocrites with their double standards.

There will be sheep getting tested with a headache now too though

still thousands of people daily getting tested yet we've had no cases country-wide for a week or so. WTF goes through these people's tiny brains?! (Not much I guess). How do they hold employment? Probably another dumb question, unlikely they do

People don't read deeply into things. At a superficial level the instinct is it's crap but in detail they go along with the loudest voices.

People don't realise the power they have in numbers at work. If none of them show up because of those devices, they have no choice but to backflip but people just potter along taking what they're given. When they do that, they kind of deserve it

We were mandated to wear masks. 40 people in the office watched the CEO announce these new rules via webcam and by the end of her presentation, there were 4 people left. "Working from home until this is over". Now, the rule is gone and won't come back

Not everyone is in an environment to WFH but the point stands, if you show wearing the devices it's on you. No one could like them, do something about it
 
Since Dan Andrews dropped the rule for mandatory masks in small shops not one small shop I've been into is requiring it. Why? Because they know they will lose business. This can all go away very easily if we just refuse to go along with it.

Tbh, it's all so absurd now I am done with even discussing it anymore. What's left to say?

If it's (the virus) not so dangerous that they can let international tennis players into the state then there is no need for any restrictions on how Victorians go about their lives. If you can't see this then you are just incredibly brainwashed.
 
Has anyone noticed the reactions when someone gets positive to covid? Not one single person ever says “oh gee hope they are ok, sending best wishes blah blah blah”. Whenever anyone gets this such deadly virus all people and the media are worried about is “quarantine”, “who’s paying the bill”, “oh good testing numbers”... I mean a celeb gets it, where’s all the oh shit hope he pulls through it. There’s nothing.
I mean these people are supposed to be in the ICU, not in a hotel playing the PlayStation.

I just look at people now and feel sorry for them, most are just wearing out of habit and every one but a few nutters are wearing grotty masks anyway.

I was sitting on a bench outside a mini mall the other day waiting for someone and i thought i would observe what people were doing with their masks.

And it was from taking out of pocket, out of handbag, off sweaty chin, off dashboard in car, scrunched up in hand and then when they get to the doors they put it on their face...............that's disgusting and lots of these people are wearing the one mask for the day and the reusable masks are probably not getting washed everyday and then hung up for 3 hours to dry, you would never put a cloth over your face in years past but here they all are putting grotty masks on their faces, if these people went and got their masks tested for germs they would never wear one again.

Or the massive increase in US deaths at home between the ages of 15 and 44:think:. This is real and is an interesting comparison if "years of life lost" metric is used.

Spot on, I've thought the same myself, most of these "positive cases" would be asymptomatic. If they weren't panicked into getting a test they wouldn't even know they have it.

I went to a pool today in Brisbane with 2 grandchildren and I was astounded that there were healthy teenage children wearing masks outdoors on a sunny day, the media/politicians and their never ending sensationalist doomsday coverage of Covid have a lot to answer for... they have created a culture of fear.
