The story is proof of a misdiagnosis not a hoax

The guy that got tested and got the all clear after 14 days in quarantine in Victoria then goes home to Adelaide and tests positive a few days later

The Chinese woman who spent a long time in hospital in January, who got the all clear, then tests positive 6 months later


the test isnt 100% and the virus is tricky

Another positive for that international pariah Sweden who did not lock down , kept schools and bars open etc, kids played sport etc etc

Armageddon seems missing, were all those reports wrong about Sweden, surely the media didn't play the man and not the ball!.

Just got back upto 7 death they havent had 7 deaths since July 22 they dipped to 1 in between
Daily cases seem to be trending up too

Yeah, only real positive I can think of is saving money. Basically just spending on the essentials to survive now. Even avoiding a lot of impulse supermarket buys because I only go once a week and plan out my shop precisely to limit time in store. No eating out, traveling or big-ticket buys. There were a few things I wanted to buy to improve quality of life at home, but with many others having similar ideas, and I assume supply chain issues, I wasn't able to get many of them or wait times would have been excruciating.

As above I think the main positive for me has been saving money, and also generally reducing unhealthy habits. I did Dry July last month and it was very easy considering the situations that usually encourage me to drink (going to sporting events, catching up with friends, going out to dinner, travelling) are out of the picture.
