Such as? (ins & outs)

Cut Corrie unless he really surprises in the next few weeks.
Cut Chris Bryan and/or Lethal Leigh.

Cut 1 of Toovey and Goldsack (I like Toovey better)

Put Stanley up for trade (if he keep being denied an opportunity). See if there's any takers for Cook, if not, might be time to cut him as well.

INs - draft picks who are an average or better kick of the ball.

edit: Actually, there's probably a chance Toovey or Goldsack can land us a late pick.

Goldsack >>> Toovey by an absolute mile.

He isn't in great form at the moment but the Sack will come good.

Toovey... won't.
Goldsack has always been poor defensively one on one, that is toovey strength

both are poor by foot and ok by hand

Both blaze when teh shouldnt

Right now as a back pocket/HBF toovey is leading the way

I'd be surprised if more than 1 of his kicks atually hit one of our players against the Dons, he basically turned it over every time he kicked it.

His kicking was also very poor against Brisbane and turned it over and over again kicking it into the forward 50.

Love his endeavour, hate his kicking and should not be played again until he improves his kicking, which is highly unlikely if history on players improving their kicking is anything to go on.
Couldn't have said it better myself, I wish all the best from him, but I just cringe every time he gets it (without exageration I also saw that every single time he kicked it, the ball got turned over). What those clanger stats also dont show is how often he just bombs the ball forward long, and so often, he bombs it to a situation where were outnumbered.

If were outbumbered you at least kick it low so that its markable, and less time/chance for the opposition to spoil it, or even at least to your teammates advantage/his side of the contest, but no he cant even get that right.

I say drop him and Dick off at a park somewhere with a footy and dont come back to pick them up until August...

At least one AFL club was aware of Thomas' unreliable field kicking and unwilling to look at him as a high draft pick. The information was given to me by an AFL scout who happens to be my boss. Thomas is still somewhat unreliable in this respect.

Barham makes Shaw look like a precision kicker. No wonder Collingwood got him with a late pick (i.e. under the father-son rule) unchallenged by any other club.

In this football era, if you can't kick you can't play. I am surprised Barham clung onto his spot this week. I gave him a hope to play as a tagger on Brent Harvey, but that match up is not to be.
