So getting back to that 2nd sentence of mine that you are still apparently oblivious to, how exactly would the AFL police this?
Oh I know! Hidden microphones throughout all club rooms and officials' private homes. Also all club phone lines tapped. But they'd get wise to that, so how about drugging and kidnapping all club officials and secretly injecting a subcutaneous microphone in them!

Or another angle... all players in the draft are forbidden to talk to any club officials - and each one is tailed 24 hours to make sure! after draft is finished, all draftees must undergo compulsory lie-detector test!

No doubt you are way ahead of me - you've already thought of these brilliant innovations! (I hope the AweFL doesn't read this)
