HeathComeBack Almost mate, almost got that thread title home. On the podium though.

Sir Dragonet posted a Timeform rating 123. The lowest winning rating since Pinker Pinker ran to 122 in 2011. Only Makybe Diva has won the Cox Plate in slower overall time in recent history and she was the best part of the three seconds faster over the last 600m - this was a grind.

Ha well its not hard to see that it wasnt going to be a great renewal of the race given the COVID restrictions and that our horses are not great.
Am really worried about next year as well, Our 3yos are horrible, we didnt get any decent cast offs from overseas and the current crop is very ordinary. If its another COVID year its going to be really dire. Hopefully something pops up.
