Looks very German. Reminds me that for several years my brother thought Adelaide's colours were black, red and gold. It's a good simple look though.
Need to fix the shorts, unless the gold isn't meant to match up on the sides.

Here's a design I did for Freo to wear as a preseason jumper:
Put a metallic look to the chevrons, although you can't see it due to the logo.
Watermarked purple backgrounds look horrible
Wasn't sure what socks Freo wore, so I went with my own.

Looks alright
In regards to that Sydney clash though, the reason that the swans have never inverted like that is because the design has the opera house in it (which is white). The design itself looks alright but no offence Cory, the red opera house does look a little strange.

Looks fine. A blood stained Opera House or The Chooks Crest.
Changed the numbers to red and made the back collar higher so I could fit in SMFC

Was also playing around with the GWS design. Not sure which one I like more. Haven't thought of anything for the clash though.

WOAH!!! There's a lot of concepts there! Some good, some not so good. Glad they didn't pick one of those logo dominated designs. In fact they probably made the best decision, which these days is pretty rare. Where'd you find this Cory?

I was meant to post my GWS guernsey in here, instead of new jumpers 2012. Anyway, it is kinda random, so it fits here:
As I said other thread, based on France's old soccer home kit, GWS need to use black and grey with Orange and charcoal etc.

Concepts to base their ideas around. Artists/designers often use other examples for inspiration and ideas. I noticed those myself too. The Carlton one I assume was to help them create a monogram (like they did) whilst the Arsenal logo would have been to help them create a shield logo (which they also sort of did).

Okay, not so sure with the Bengals logo there aswell. A "D" with chevrons inside of it would've looked crap imo.

Not nessecarily, all of what they came up with was in those pictures. At proffesional level they don't completely rip off logos, they just use them for inspiration and ideas.
