Jon Ralph reporting Adelaide bracing for 3-5 week suspension.
Bang on. Can expect it to be 4 weeks but if they want to stamp it out go 5.

Softening us up for only 3 weeks, so he can play the GF if they make itJon Ralph reporting Adelaide bracing for 3-5 week suspension.
Jon Ralph the little league lickspittle floating this BS to soften the fallout when the league bottle it and offer 3 weeks so he can 'play in the grand final'.Jon Ralph reporting Adelaide bracing for 3-5 week suspension.

Mate there’s some that want to take it through the courts enough said there
Luckily it’s a minority and many have told them to pull their head in
It’s that’s true and he has said it repeatedly during the game, this probably needs to be a bigger suspension than Graham got.Rumour is he called Quaynor a ****** multiple times.. who knows how true
My original thoughts.Softening us up for only 3 weeks, so he can play the GF if they make it
Yeah but we don't even know if that Weagles fella even exist. Not comparable.Gotta be 5 surely? Based on last years response and statements. Gonna be hell to pay if he gets anything less than the Weagles fella.
Graham self reported and only made the comment once (AFAIK).My original thoughts.
Not sure how they can escape handing down a 4 week penalty given the similaritites to Graham.
Could still make the GF if Adelaide drop the QF and go the long way.
It appears Adelaide self reported.Graham self reported and only made the comment once (AFAIK).
Means it has to be a minimum 5. You could reasonably argue it should be 6. Tack on a week each for it being repetitive and also because it was a targeted attack on how a player dresses/decorates their body (fingernails painted).
ANything less than 5 is a complete waste of time, and clear that theyd rather protect Adelaide's premiership hopes than really making a statment.Bang on. Can expect it to be 4 weeks but if they want to stamp it out go 5.
More surprised that it was Quaynor he went at… as a Pies nuffie I’d presume he’d not even be in the top 3 targets to go at on the side with a “gay” sledgeAnyone surprised it was Rankine? I’m not.
Thanks - didn't realise that. Good that clubs are appearing to be accountable on the matter, despite what's at stake. It appears Adelaide self reported.

Yeh absiolutely. If correct, fair play to Adelaide for doing so.Thanks - didn't realise that. Good that clubs are appearing to be accountable on the matter, despite what's at stake.
I’d be okay with 4, but it should be 5.
Graham used the word ****ing with the slur and reported 3 or 4 days after the game. He's getting 3 weeks.Graham self reported and only made the comment once
Did he really say it multiple times? Maybe he didn't want to play finals. Bizarre behaviour.5 weeks, minimum, based on precedent. Due to it being said multiple times, that probably pushes it out to 6 or 7 weeks.

Geewizz. That's sounds like a definite possibility now you mention it. How far have we fallen.I don't think the AFL can sweep this under the carpet. But I wouldn't be surprised to hear that it's a complex investigation that will take considerable time, and in the interests of both clubs who are playing finals and can't be distracted, the investigation will be postponed until the end of the season for procedural fairness
