I've already had a few conversations with Swans "observers" (let's not call them fans) who turned off the Richmond game at half time - the sort of people who like to go to a game or two a year. Anyone looking for a disincentive for attendance got a bucketload for three quarters last Saturday. Still, we'll pick up again, just like we did after the Saints game.
3 Wins (Essendon, Port, Dogs) - to Melbourne! = Loss to Saints
3 Wins (Carlton, Freo, Pies) - to Melbourne! = Loss to Tigers
So the next 3 should be a doddle, according to my stupid but possibly resonant theory.
P.S - I am aware that the Blues victory was at the Dome, i.e. - to Melbourne! But to call the rabble that is Carlton a team would be generous to the point of delusion.
