Is this year the first year that our best drawing home, minor round crowd has not been the Showdown? (discounting the second Showdown as it was Adelaide's home game).

It's funny how some things stick in your memory. I remember that 2002 Brisbane game like it was yesterday. We were playing for top spot weren't we? If you'd asked me on a quiz night I'd have said it was played in 2004.

That was the last game my daughter went to. She had an OK time but now thinks football is utterly boring.

(BTW I always enjoy it when some Crowie tells me I've stooped to a new low. I reckon I must have just about tunnelled through to China by now.)

Yeah it was, i was there, it was a great crowd.

I think we were down at half time and Francou was playing his worst ever game, then came out in the second half and played a blinder. Was also, Matty's last game to i think.

I wouldn't have thought so but now it looks possible. Probably not noticeably so though. Except when trying to buy a beer.

nearly 37k tickets sold as 2:45pm
you'd have to say between then and bass close they would sen another 1000 or so... so 38k
allow a few thousand walk ins... i would say somewhere around 41-42k
