Nicks came a long way this year, but when the chips are all in he’s proven he ain’t the coach to take us to a premiership.

Smith needed to be delisted last year. A quality club would have traded him when he had value about 6 years ago.

Disappointing end. We ran out of legs 6 weeks ago. Fell over the line against West Coast and North and have looked slower and out of energy every game since.

Start of the year we would happily have taken playing in two finals, but the way we actually played in them takes the shine off.
