We had 2 injured guys on the bench. Rotations were severely restricted.
Players that don't normally rotate through the centre square had to pick up some slack. Pretty simple stuff.

We had to shift seats up into the shade. Temperature only got to nearly 25 but felt like over 30.

Post match function was huge! Jaensch, VB, Thommo, Milburn all spoke. Thommo worried about getting his spot back , said he'd been struggling with a hamstring niggle for the last few weeks but seems ok now. Jaensch called vb and Thommo old farts! Vb started training with the guys this week. News from hospital -lynchy ok, bit of a sore neck but should be ok for next week And otten has done his good knee.

…then I got an $85 parking fine. - there were some 'No parking' signs about 200 metres away but they had arrows pointing towards each other ( so no one parked there) and apart from those, there were no time limit signs at all on the entire street. I took photos of every sign on the street and will be politely telling that council what it can do with the parking ticket.

Unfortunately, the whole precinct is 15 minutes only on match days. There are big signs on all roads on the entry to the area but if you miss it you are stuffed. Good luck fighting it. Bloody vultures they are.

The whole precinct? What do they class as 'the precinct'? I was parked 3 blocks away. That can't possibly stand up in court. They will have to extradite me.

It's from about five blocks away from the ground in every direction. It's ludicrous. How out of towners are supposed to know about it is beyond me.
