Contrarian view here but I think Voss is an excellent man manager especially in modern footy. He can speak diplomatically yet direct given the circumstance.
He can be a GOAT assistant coach. But he lacks tactical and structural ability required to be a good head coach.

There's room in the game for head coach's like Voss but he needs extremely competent assistant coaches, which he doesn't have.
Also, these bastards shouldn't be running out of gas half way through the third this late in the season.
