Why you will get taxed 37% of the sale.
Also I believe it’s going a lot higher in the future.

If he bought high and sold low you would call him an idiot
No, he's manipulating the market. Notice he never said he wasn't buying more Bitcoin, just they wouldn't accept it as payment. Watch him stealthily buy more and them come out in a month once he 'realises' BTC runs on 74% renewables and waste energy. Watch Michael Saylor's interview on it to see how full of shit Elon is.

Just like the Dogecoin Developer' comments.

Everyone except newbie retail investors knows there are no devs for Dogecoin... Aussie bloke made it in 2 hours then sold his shares to buy a used Honda a few years ago.

I think you're confused.

The people in the first example aren't the same people as those in the second example.
I'm talking about the market as a whole. It happens on the ASX too but to a much lesser degree

Green pump for a cap raise = nothing to see here
Red day = manipulation

Markets are full of morons, crypto seemingly has 1000x more of them looking for a quick buck

Don't disagree but that's the power and influence that the mega rich have of us paupers, and he knows it.

A lot of the "morons" are the working class from around the world.

Unlike the stock market crypto is far more accessible to that group of people than stock exchanges.

It actually offers them a far better chance to create some kind of wealth when previously those opportunities we're slim.

Many of them are the ones making noise in Musk's direction because while it's a play thing to him to them it's a big deal.

Well that's their fault then. Everybody should be looking at it as a play thing, the odds of the small guy making it big from crypto are tiny.

Actually the odds of a small guy creating a small amount of wealth are good.

If they are earning a $1 a day they have a far better chance to create $5 a day through crypto.

Zero chance for them to do so on stock exchanges.

It's not their fault they are poor.

If you were earning a $1 day perhaps you'd have a different perspective as to how life changing it could be to people shut out of other institutions and opportunities for their life time.

More or less anyone can get a legit job in this country, that will bring a lot more wealth to someone's life than dabbling in crypto. If you have a job, you have a super fund which invests in financial institutions. How are people locked out?
For the small % of people that legit can't get a job, I'd say they have bigger issues than trying to make some small amount of coin in crypto.

For the vast majority of people investing in crypto, those that will make life changing money already have enormous wealth. Those people are manipulating the markets in their own favour. It's a rigged game. Good on those that play it and take some wins here and there but if you're trying to make it big in crypto as someone with little amount of money, good luck to you. Not impossible but extremely unlikely.

I forgot crypto only exists in Australia.

Silly me.

I thought maybe referencing the $1 a day wage might have hinted that I was talking about the global impact it can have on a poor working class.

Some people just aren't very good at playing games, so they talk down on games because it's obviously the games fault.

Plenty of people in this thread have made, and are making good money right now.

Summary of the above video:
This bull run likely to end in September/October
The current dips are similar to what we have seen during previous bull cycles
All indications are based on previous bull cycles is that the final big surge for all cryptos is coming very soon, before a correction as the bull cycle ends
If you can afford it, this would be the time to buy
