She's been bluffing for 3 days

And she has a meeting at court this morning she is not going to. She misses that, and releases more photos, she could land herself in some more hot water.

Girl needs serious help. She's losing grip fast

No doubt this girl needed help and should have been given help some time ago. Her parents and her school and community are probably most responsible for that. Now we don't know, maybe she was so far out of control that any help was rejected/useless.

But in terms of the media, they can't ignore this and I actually think, given what is now starting to become clear about all of his, that they have been reasonably softly, softly with her. I think there is a general understanding amongst the media and the broader community that this is a girl with some serious issues.

Had she been, say, a 25 year old and the facts the same, I think she would have been trn to shreds.

From what I read at least one interviewer has torn her to shreds. Anyway, I just think it's all a bit sad... for everyone involved.

To be fair, I think the fact here is that this girl is obviously hitting back after what she sees as a lack of empathy from the St Kilda footy club and the AFL following on from the pregnancy drama. Clearly she is throwing everything at this (tall tales and true) to get publicity with the clear aim of having her story told. Blind freddy can see she wants a book published as another way of hitting back. Whether her actions are logical or not it's clear that this is a child who needs urgent help. I seriously hope somebody in her life steps up to the plate and gets her that help, and soon.

Yes, but the problem for her now is that she has shredded her credibility and in terms of her pregnancy....was she ever? Her version of events, that she was pregnant with twins, one miscarried, the other stillborn, just does not ring true in terms of both timeframe and what happened to the stillborn baby...where was it delivered? That will be the next thing examined no doubt.

Couple that with the fact that, if she was pregnant, what is there to conclude Sam Gilbert was the father.

This seems more about projection than "a fight for the truth".

This woman should have taken someones advice on all this. She is now paying for the fact that she hasn't and yes, in some ways that is unfair but she has attacked some innocent people who did not deserve to be collateral damage, not to mention the fact that she has smeared some very marketabkle brands and has potentially caused real financial losses.

Only goes to build the case she never took it, and acquired it recently (looking thru twitter, looks like it was 35-40 days ago)...

The focus was 110% AFL that week, HUGE publicity.. Ruin preparations.. etc..

Over xmas, New years, hard time to get good coverage and the best journos are away (hutchie is in NYC, he would be all over this if here)...

Exactly. If she took the photos it wouldve been well before september so she would have had them in her possesion before the GF's and would've been the biggest disruption to a Grand Final in a long time if she released them then.

I don't disagree with that at all. What I am saying though is that her credibility to her at this stage is not particularly relevant or important. What she is angry about we don't necessarily know save that she is angry and that is pretty self evident. What she is doing is akin to screaming at the top of her voice from the highest hill. To me, although blind freddy can see that the players have been harmed, it's not about punishing her, it's about getting her some much needed help to get over whatever it is that has her so worked up. I can't comment one way or another about the pregnancy but given her actions I'd hardly rule it out either.

On her twitter she called Steven Baker a kitchen bitch back on 16 Nov. She says get ready for damage control to St Kilda FC on the same day. twitter account zacd sends a message to her on the 16th saying that is a nice pic and you will be famous soon. on the 19th she says Well Well Well Lookie what I have here. I'm seeing photos.

from all of that it looks like she only got the pics in early to Mid November. If she was really pissed with St Kilda and wanted damage control then she wouldve posted these photos on the 24th of September, seeing as though she "took" the photos back in March.

So the only incentive not tio turn up to me would be to avoid that. Otherwise she is simply not safeguarding her interests.

Hard to know what it's all about but it certainly sounds like they're just seeking to extend the injunction. They won't have much ability to question her about anything much if she has legal representation. Of course if she's silly enough not to be represented then that's another story.
