I can see Dan Curtin being Bont 2.0 if everything goes right for him. Which would be massive. Bont is one of the best players the game has seen.

I’m excited by those numbers too, but it is worth remembering there’s a difference in the fitness and type of running required to play midfield vs wing.

Maybe but even in small spurts he could be very damaging. They should try it while his confidence is sky high. They just need to manage his minutes there that's all.

I don't think we should move him around again just yet, we have shunted him around in multiple positions since he arrived. He is now settled on the wing and playing really well there, leave him there for the rest of this year and then potential look to give him a run in the middle in the future.

It's seems a pretty lazy comparison in that they're both tall, and they're both versatile and they both play at SA based clubs.

Since his move to the wing in Round 11, no player in the AFL has taken more forward half intercept marks. Great from the player and, dare I say it, a good coaching move.

the tap to himself, surge forward and running bounce before hitting Rankine in the 2nd when we were 28 points down

and two big contested marks within a minute of each other in the 4th and topped off with a goal were chef kiss worthy
