No way, "Michael" from the Avengers, a run of about 10 issues around the number 170 mark.
He was the best of the "BAD?", what he couldn't do, could never be done, and no-one ever wanted to do it anyway.

Hmm, though they are classic issues cant agree that Michael was 'bad'. Not in his eyes he wasn't anyway (well when he was the half-man/half-computer thing he was bad). The 'Beyonder' rip-off a few years later though was beyond the pale!
Darkseid, now there is a bad guy (anti-life equation, there's some goal to have)!

Darth Vader has to be the coolest bad guy ever created. I give alot of credit to John Williams too....his Death March every time Vader enters a room is so ominous, it makes him scary. James Earl Jones also voices the character very well.
