The fact that this is true speaks more about the IQ of the average person who watches those shows than anything else.

One positive of this season for me personally, is that I have learned that the footy media in Melbourne at least is full of bored journos. If there isn't a St Kilda-type scandal, they all just revert to the lowest common denominator. Half of the bored journos that had a go at us over the past 10 weeks probably didn't even watch more than 1 or 2 of our games, nor would they be able to name more than 5 or 6 of our players' names. Thus, the lesson I learned was that I know way more about the demons than any hack journo that fell into a job so I don't give anything any of them say the time of day unless they are talking about tactics on game day and are speaking specifics.

The funniest part is he will still think he is right! Truth is he hasn't been right about any of his "incisive" comments made in his short media career.The man is a dead @%$#.

Bit of a sense of showbiz Kingy. His conviction when making big risky calls is hilarious and surely in the BT anything-for-hype rulebook.

It is Darcy that I can't stand. Front running, kick'em while they're down type. Always presses the easiest option, 'Melbourne can't win' or when a player doesn't something wrong 'you should never do that'. Instead of saying 'What Melbourne need to try is...' and 'Right idea but poor excecution...' or something remotely insightful and constructive. Darcy is bottom of the pile - nice jaw line for TV though.

King's vile, but buffoonish in both his wild, bravado inaccuracy and that it's a meme to introduce him as "One of football's most respected analysts". It's the malicious nature of their calls that gets me; in all the thousands of words thrown at us, nary a one was constructive or helpful.
Darcy's putrid and ought to be fired... out of a cannon, into the sun.

Was pretty great watching him flounder about on 360 when Robbo asked him if he had made a fool of himself. Maclure seemed to enjoy watching it too. Almost as good was watching King talk about how North had missed an opportunity with not going to the gold coast because JB is a moron.

That was one of Robbo's finest hours in my opinion. Maclure and Whateley were loving it.

He should feel like a right dope. Unsurprisingly he couldn't man up and give credit where it was due. He's of the school of thought that the loss was purely down to inaccurate kicking by the Bombers, when in fact they only had 4 more scoring shots.
