Well big sexy I glad to see you are in such a good mood, last time I check it was not against the rules of "big Footy" to have an opinion.
This site is about people exchanging opinions!
So I will go on giving mine.
You are correct what I think won't mean much in the scheme of things.
However if your only criticism is that My "judgement means**** all"
Then there is not much more to discuss
Lighten up a little, enjoy life a bit more.

Watching Dean on the boundary line talking to the players as they come off is extremely encouraging.

The way he was teaching Watts on the sidelines just made me incredibly convinced that he is going to be the man to take us to that Premiership.

This seriously impressed me as well, and all of the guys seemed to be listening diligently to him. Great stuff Bailey.

RE Morton, don't know if anyone else saw it, but after the game while still on the ground he had a big discussion with Jimmy. From the looks of it (I'm a master lip reader/body language specialist) Jimmy said something like 'Well done mate,' Cale sort of shrugged his shoulders like 'He still kicked four' and Jimmy seemed to give him a talk about how it will help Cale grow as a player etc.

Another masterstroke from Bailey, IMO. Sure Goodes probably just had the wool over him (not by much) but Cale will learn so much from that. And good on Bailey for sticking to his guns, it would have been easy to move Cale off him and put someone else (most likely Dunn) which would have done two things: Taken Dunn away from the forward line (we needed him) and slashed cales confidence again (surely moving him off goodes would have been worse than Goodes kicking a couple in a thrashing?)

So, for another week, Bailey is a coaching star.

I thought it was a smart move to give him the Goodes assignment again as last year he stopped him having any affect on the game.

My comments after the game in 2009 about Cale:

Cale moved down back again this week & played a great game on Goodes limiting him to 17 disposals almost all of them outside the 50 meter arc, no goals & a lot of those possessions were gained when he left Morton as a lose an in defense & pushed into the back half of the ground. I think this was a great learning game for Cale & will continue to progress his already impressive development. Cale did not have a huge impact statistics wise but did the small things well, gathering the equal most on percenters on the ground with Rivers, he also had three rebound 50’s for the game.

So it was a smart move but he also got to play against a white hot Goodes today & still managed to have an impact on the game.

Hi "Big Sexc" hope you are feeling a bit better today!
I know my " judgement means ****all'
However DB got a few more points from me on saturday!

I have always back Bails.. even after some Melbourne douche and I had a few verbal altercations at the G one afternoon over it...

Pateince was just needed and now we are starting to see the reward for hard work.
Still a long way to go though boys and girls.

If you can't be brash and irrational on the internet, where can you?
;)
