More pertinently, if its wrong to go to one extreme and write players off after a bad game, is it not also equally wrong to pretend that all faults are suddenly non existant after a good game?

But knee-jerk reactions are a way of life on the internet!


No question though, Knights has been extremely impressive in the role these past two weeks. It'll be interesting to see if he keeps it up and eventually takes a better defender but I am really liking him in the role so far.

Knights has always been a class act. As a young player he used to make a few mistakes, but he was always going to be an excellent AFL footballer. I would seriously question the wisdom of anyone that suggested otherwise.
