More pertinently, if its wrong to go to one extreme and write players off after a bad game, is it not also equally wrong to pretend that all faults are suddenly non existant after a good game?

No question though, Knights has been extremely impressive in the role these past two weeks. It'll be interesting to see if he keeps it up and eventually takes a better defender but I am really liking him in the role so far.
