here is another point. would freo be better off trading Pavlich and re-branding themselves. get rid of the purple, get rid of the Docker they have the money why not wipe the slate clean.

We spend hours on this forum saying 'X is going home, no, X is loyal and loves it here, we don't want traitors who chase the dollars etc.'

Here is one of the best players in the game (in my top 3), stuck at a poor, frustrating, crap (use your own phrase) club. They made him captain - and he is even playing better now.

And Adelaide supporters are bagging him for not transferring to the Crows a couple of years ago.

Other supporters suggest he just walks and leaves Freo to rot.

Maybe, just maybe, he does feel some loyalty to the Purple, and wants to stick it out. Maybe he sees the challenge of helping a team to build to success greater than just going where he can get the most money, and wait for his new club to just buy a flag?

Maybe we should be praising his loyalty like we do Richo, Chris Grant etc, who had the chance to move, but stayed.
