Yay or Nay?

I say Yay for these charges:

Murder
Deliberately lighting a bushfire (irrelevant of damage caused)

If you kill someone you should be put to death, if you light a bushfire, even if it does no damage, you should be executed too, for what it could of done.

It seems to be an expensive system to have in place , with all the appeals that you have to allow to make sure you aren't killing an innocent person.

What a ridiculous proposition.

I'm glad you don't run the justice system. Sod off to Saudi Arabia where they execute people for thought crimes. We can't be executing people for crimes they did not commit.
