i know there is a large thread on this on the lifestyle board but this is a separate question - what 'causes' clinical depression? obviously there's something to do with the brain, chemicals and all that, but what sort of activities/behaviour (drugs aside) can increase and decrease your chances of experiencing it? therei s also a fair bit to do with personality i understand.
