Still looking for a couple people to do the weekly heroic strike with on level 28.

You can only wear one piece of exotic arnour and one extorix weapon

So jelly over the helmet :(

Joining is simply a matter of changing class item. All of your progress with each faction remains the same as when you left it. Heck, you can level them all up equally if you want to.
 
So had a pretty productive day so far.

Bought the exotic AR from xur which is nice, got 2 legendary engrams while running around farming spinmetal one turned out to be a legendary fusion rifle, the other one was a exotic scout rifle called mida multi tool, very nice scout rifle.

Also got a exotic helmet for a warlock today and a couple other legendary pieces.

The game has been kind to me today.

Finally got my Super Good Advice machinegun last night and the legendary silver trophy. Don't usually use MG heavies but this exotic is pretty handy. Solar damage and missed rounds return to the mag.

Bloody shards are the only thing stopping me from 28+ but with Fifa taking up some of my time now and everything else coming out I won't have the time to farm for shards. Might just resort to swapping motes of lights for exotic items I don't need and sharding them.

I've been super super lucky, I'm up to 5 exotic weapons now and 4 exotic armor pieces, full legendary set for a titan class sitting in my inventory and a few pieces for a warlock, my main class Hunter is almost decked out, just need to upgrade my blue gloves and I'll have a full set, lvl 27 at the moment. And only started last Sunday.
 
Game really needs a transmute mechanic similar to D3. Basically you can take a skin from any gear you've previously acquired and apply it to your current gear, changing it's appearance. I hate that you basically don't have a say in what your dude looks like, you just have to use the best available.

Huh. I have zero exotics and only 2 legendary armour and 2 legendary weapons. Mind you I can't play that much. Still have a ball though. Love it. Will completely blow my load when I do get some exotics

Wow need 32 spirit bloom to upgrade my legendary helmet, talk about a grind, it's just not fun to walk around Venus and do that sort of shit bungie.

I find chest farming easier when I need resources. The spot on Venus I choose is where the entry to winter's run is. There are about 8 caves and a couple spots that bloom spawns, plus frequent waves of enemies to farm. The chests in each area are on 45 second timers so once you open one then a new one is going to spawn somewhere in that particular area pretty shortly.

I've just farmed 63 of them now. I hate that grind.

Will be doing some of that after farming the moon for a heap of helium filaments
