Did anyone end up finding out what happened to Mad Dog

Last time this came up there was one post which indicated that MD may have passed away. At that point the thread was immediately terminated to prevent it degenerating into speculation which may have been hurtful to those close to MD - whether it was true or not.

I'm going to close this thread now, for the same reason.
