I've still got David's Texas instruments calculator Perhaps I should give it back one day.

His dad was the principal of the school and as a dirty skeleton closet David was involved in a serious car crash that killed about 2-3 people from memory.
He as in the car in one of them drunken drive-arounds although he was not driving obviously. Was a MAJOR issue at the time.

not any more, wouldn't offer to give him that calculator back any time soon, waste of time no-one at essendon can read or write anyway.

From what I can remember from my time down that way, that David ended up being the year level dux, despite having done nothing to achieve it, and Principal Dad had absolutely NOTHING to do with it, whatsoever

I remember that and my memory was that he was driving ... and he did time in a juvenile facility.

This may well be wrong, but its just my memory of that incident. Peninsula School yeah?

Spoke to Matt Maguire at his year 12 graduation (my sister was in the same year level).

Just found out that Jono Brown has been over to my house a few times (would have been when he was 15-17).

And there are a few kids I've played against who I'm certain will be drafted in a couple of years.

Dont know any personaly but imy dad knew noel teasdale (former kangas brownlow medalist), was best mates with former geelong captain Mark Yeates' brother and all though ive never met him, Gavin Wanganeen is my 3rd cousin. But dont know any current players.
