Troll post or not?

http://www.bigfooty.com/forum/showthread.php?t=750684

I see no mention here, on the AFL & Collingwood websites & on the news that Didak has been confirmed as injured and out.

It was mentioned on the news that he had a possible/suspect tear to the pec muscle, but thats all that has been said.

Heard a few different things but i cant see why the club would not just come out and say his out for the year or something like that

I think he will play again this finals series

Not the greatest source either that made that thread

Quote Bay Pie -

Dids trained the other day. It's on Joshs training press conference.

Dids is shown doing handball drills on both sides and running forward and back doing other kicking drills.

Others who attended training siad he even took some overhead marks.

Torn pec is BS.

As has been siad in another thread, bruised shoulder and strained pec.

May miss Dogs game but would be near certain starter for our next game after that.

Mick seemed pretty confident he could play this weekend (from on the couch) But then again, mick is mick.

But I'm not sure if he'll play this week. But we sure as hell will need him later in the finals.

They spoke to Heath Shaw on one game at a time the other night, and they asked him about Didak and Presti. He laughed and said yeah they will both play.

Remember the rumour about his pect muscle started from a bullshit rumour from right here on this site.

I would not take it as real.Didak may have strained one of his shoulder muscles but for goodnesss sake he only needs to play 3 more games, juice him up ,we need him on the park.

Plus if they win this week everyone gets a week off.

Mick and Heath have both said he's fine.

He'll play.

We're talking about a player who played 2 or 3 weeks needing a knee reco in 2006. The year he made AA.

He actually played against the Dogs in the first final in 06 playing on a knee that needed a reco.

Doubt he'll miss for a sore shoulder/pec.

Another day, another Didak rumour. It is the constant in an ever changing bigfooty finals series landscape. You are my anchor, Daily Didak Rumour.

cheers.

wont be a blowout with the forecast wet & windy confitions, but Eade has said that Griffen is unlikely to play. Take this as you will, but the dogs will struggle even more without him.

pies by 15..

Didak will play.

Presti im not sure about.

Presti has to play.We have no one to take hall.Nathan Brown too young,i guess the only other player i reckon that may go to Hall if Presti is out is the Anvil.

Better if Presti plays,he gets another weeks rest if we win.Juice him up he only has to play 3 games to win the flag, then he can retire.
If presti doesn't play that makes 3-4 weeks without playing a game could not be considered for other finals, out too long then.

Yeah I hope he is 100% fit to play.

We need Presti at full strength. No point bringing him in underdone at the risk of re-injuring himself and sitting on the pine. That means we are without him for the rest of the finals series and effectively playing 1 player short.

If he is fully fit then everyone who knows anything about Collingwood knows he is an automatic inclusion for our best 22 and our best option at fullback.

Phew, good news. If TheClokes says he is out for the season, you can rest assured he'll be ready to go this week.

I'd be very confident we'll see L Brown (obviously) Johnson and Didak back this week.

But if Presti isnt 100% we have a perfectly good back-up with the two Browns and Reid (along with Harry and Maxwell) all capable of filling the role. If we win this weekend Presti gets another fortnight to return to full fitness. I'm not fussed if Presti doenst play this week. I guarantee he'll be selected, though so we wont know for sure until the tea runs out n Saturday night.

Presti plays so well on Hall though, even if we replace him, we won't be able to cover the loss of him on Hall. I think Big Bad Barry is a smart enough elder statesman of the comp to outplay Reid and Brown, but I don't think we'll lose just because we're missing him - just would feel 100% safer with him in the side.

Didak trained strongly today, including contact drills. He will play, it is certain.:thumbsu:

The only 3 players not involved in the full session were;

Jolly; Broken Nose, will play, but best not to do contact drills before the game.
O'Brien; He only did about half the session, no idea why.
Prestigiacomo; Trained "indoors" according the club.

Presti is the only Collingwood player in doubt, so in regards to this thread, END RUMOUR, RUMOUR SQUASHED.

He seemed to be training well on the news, doubt theyd jab him up just to train and play mind games

Corked his thigh pretty badly in first quarter against the Hawks.

I assume they will have him on modified program to have him right for Saturday.

Yep now doubt he was always gonna play, anyway do you know the extent of Sam Fishers injury and how many will he miss if he misses any?

Presti is too important to risk.

This
Last two times we played the Dogs Hall kicked 3 and 4 , worst case scenario he will kick 5/6 on either Reid or N Brown. Presti will be right to go in the Prelim.
