I'd be envious if the Dogs draft ran according to this script.

I can't see us taking both Plowman and Stringer to be honest, IMO we will go one of them for sure, hopefully Stringer. A combo of Macrae/O'Rourke/Mayes + Stringer would be perfect, and then hopefully a Kennedy/Menzel/Garlett slips to 22 if not Simpson will be just fine

I really like the sounds of Taylor Garner, but do not see him as a match for Freo in terms of needs. Medium forwards is an area of depth for us. Three picks later you have Mason Shaw, who fits the job vacancy we conspicuously have. Tall, marking forward. Happy with Spencer White in the second round mind you. I just suspect that the club would prefer the certainty of drafting Shaw at first chance.

From a Collingwood point of view, I'd be very happy with those picks. Happy to take a punt on a guy like Garlett considering we have 2 other picks straight after.
