I'm sure Adam asked the question if he was being considered, but he was never really considered due to the fact that even by Brett's own admission he wasn't putting in 100% in the VFL for a while. Its good that he turned that around, the Bulldogs gave him a development role at the club last year and gave him a chance to prove himself worthy of try in the AFL this year.

A very good question. Could be just a mid year elevation or, like Brandon Jack's, the official process that had to be done before we could replace a player that has been injured without being made public.

Would have to be a Grundy or Xavier Sr. to be injured for that to be the case. Let's hope not.

He has been in good form, but I would be petrified on his behalf if he had to lineup on Jay Schulz. Perhaps they're trying to juggle the make up of the reserves team who have to travel to Alice Springs to play on the same day as the seniors. Towers was the traveling emergency last game, maybe it'll be Xav this week.

Towers was the traveling emergency last game

Does anyone know how Towers is going? Haven't heard much about him at all, sounds good that he was going with the team last time out though, but anyone seen much of him?
