Its hard to say for me. I just finished year 12 and have been having terrible sleeping habbits. I have been working closes at work til like 1:30 AM and then not goin to sleep til like 3am or so and have also been working early morning shifts at like 6am meanin i have to get up at like 5am. I also go out and have things on so my sleeping patterns are just all over the shop.
When Uni starts it will still be all over the shop because durin the week i will be goin out, but some nites i will have work at 6am and other times i will work to the wee hours of the mornin. I will go out the other nites in the week too.
Its currently 11:58pm and i have to get up at about 8, so i will prob go to bed about 1. I'd say on average i am in bed for 8-10 hours but i am only asleep for like 7 of those. (Takes me like an hour to get to sleep and i usually lie in bed and drift in and out for an hour or so)
