Got a phone call today from none other then Hamish Blake, well it was a pre-recored message that is being sent to existing members encouraging them to dob in Melbourne supporters who havn't signed up as of yet.

Great idea, and i thought the message was pretty funny

It’s one of the most treasured of Australian traditions. Dobbing. It gives you the chance to land your mates and enemies alike firmly in it. Whatever they don’t want to do, you’re there to make sure they have no choice.

Now you have the greatest of all chances to indulge in this activity. In a campaign headed up by Melbourne’s own Hamish Blake, we’re asking you to ‘Dob in a Demon’. Who do you know that has been hiding their red and blue passion, denying their Demon dedication, and needs to be dragged into the Melbourne fold?

Hamish himself was dobbed in last year, his hidden devotion to the Demons dragged out into broad daylight. So ashamed was he of his lack of dedication that he immediately became a member, and is keen to make sure that others wear their red and blue faith as proudly as he does.
