There's lots of criticism of him and some of it may be justified. However, I believe he's carrying an injury - possibly a groin which may explain his season so far.

He's either playing injured or Father Time as caught up to him. We are all guessing at this stage.
All I'll say is he's not helping is win games anymore.

Could be a similar injury type to Hawkins last year. Where the injury wont get any better by resting or surgery and playing wont make it any worse.

no idea and i am very dissapointed so far this year but in all honesty i dont think its through lack of trying in the last month. ( he genuinly looks like he just cant do what he wants to do)

that being said he is an absolute champion and im stayin on him to turn it around, maybe not this season but next. hopefully

Have heard from a medico who has links to the AFL docs he has been suffering plantar fasciitis all year. Would explain his loss of pace and movement.

care to explain what plantar fasciltis is

From Wiki

Plantar fasciitis is a common painful disorder affecting the heel and underside of the foot. It is a disorder of the insertion site of tendon on the bone and is characterized by scarring, inflammation, or structural breakdown of the foot's plantar fascia. It is often caused by overuse injury of the plantar fascia, increases in exercise, weight or age. Though plantar fasciitis was originally thought to be an inflammatory process, newer studies have demonstrated structural changes more consistent with a degenerative process. As a result of this new observation, many in the academic community have stated the condition should be renamed plantar fasciosis.

care to explain what plantar fasciltis is
It is a inflammation of a thick fibrous membrane on the sole of the foot. Causes chronic pain. It something he could keep playing with but if doesnt settle could have surgery in the off season.
