Does anyone else get 'physically' angry whenever their team loses?

There were quite a few games around about 2012/13 where we threw/looked like throwing away big leads and I cracked the shits a few times. It stopped as I got older and calmed down, and also because it got to the stage where I was shaking fists at my mother....

i used to absolutely rage. ive broken numerous things but this was in my early adult years.

these days its just profanity. although it can be quite crude, and worrying for the missus. reinforces her hate of the game (shes a soccer fan)

No, but i had to leave the room in the last minute of the 99 prelim final, after Mark Mecury ran into an open goal and missed, i said to the missus " I can't watch this ..i'll be in the garden..let me know who wins "

Soft.

Not physically- but certainly very angry internally. Try not to take it out on anything or anyone- that's not the sort of guy I am, but A loss really ruins my week, actually.

Been working really hard to get over that- there is certainly more to life than footy, but it's easy when you get so emotionally invested.

Yep, have been known to crack the shits after a close loss in the past! Mostly when I was younger though.

Punched my flyscreen door after "Good bloke" kicked that banana goal out his good bloke arse in the GF, busted up my hand pretty good (bloody crim safe doors:D) but usually it's internal anger. These days as I get older, I feel physically nervous about the Eagles games, like that nervous feeling in your guts, which is stupid, because the outcome of a game of football has no real impact on my day to day life, or so I try and tell myself.

I threw a remote onto the floor in the 98 grand final.

I was 13 an had yet to grow up.

See how grown up you are when Jarrad Waite headbutts someone to reverse a free kick whilst Petrie is lining up, 10 mts out to put you in front at the 30 minute mark in the last quarter of the Grand Final. :)

Only once I really cracked the shits, Hawkins goal after the siren. It wasn't until I got home from the game, may have broke a few items in frustration. Quite silly and childish when I look back on it.

I'd already banned myself from cats games by that one, I realised I was the drunk angrily muttering and stumbling through the dark streets of Richmond scaring people

Petrenko??

Yep. Certainly 2013 was a bad bad year for household items....was the year we'd get out to 30+ point leads every week and end up losing.
The expletives in every North house would've been a site to see.

Who the hell would take a loss out on their wife for a week?....wtf lol

Get a grip

You'll feel even shitter when ya have no wins and no wife tbh

For me it's mainly just a verbal expulsion of frustration. I have a very loud voice so at full throttle it can disturb others. Probably damaged a few TV remotes as a teen though.
