We pay Hamill to go out there, intimidate the opposition, rough them up, keep the ball in our 50 and kick a goal or two. That's exactly what he's been doing (when he's on the field). We have Gehrig, Riewoldt, Koschitzke and Milne to kick the majority of our goals (with one of Hayes, Harvey, Dal Santo and Ball usually chipping in with two or three).

You're right. It doesn't take courage to just go around being a thug. Courage is standing up to them.

I think he lays a few good bumps, but also a few un-necessary bumps.
There has to be these fierce at the man players on occassion though to keep the game hard. Someone has to do it.
