Couple of negatives - a few of the lads trying to do too much, such as Garcia and Cleary.

If he get's dropped after that there will be riots. What impressed me most were some of his defensive running efforts for a big guy. Using his natural running ability to put on pressure even if you don't get rewarded is something JUH could learn from.

Very professional win. Croft looked great. A real athletic weapon. West great again. Naughton still kicking straight and proving it’s not a fluke. Cleary had a few wobbly moments but I think he’s done enough good to be considered best 22 at this stage.

I feel for Garcia. He clearly feels the pressure of being on the fringe, and tries to do too much sometimes.

Buss was good today.

Davidson was really good.

McNeil may have found himself in trouble even prior to the injury (hope he’s ok? Was it a bad cork?).

Overall really good.

We just witnessed the moment when a player goes from being very good/excellent to elite. West is now an elite small forward. Today was that day.

It was obviously a good game to debut in - low pressure and we were flogging them - but he showed up JUH’s endeavour and his marking was superb. He’s likely to be a bit of a slow burn but it’s great to know we have this option when we inevitably punt JUH at season’s end.
