Any fans of the 60's troubadour ?
He seems to be known mainly for the big hits such as Mellow Yellow but has many obscure (to the mainstream) classics such as Sunny South Kensington & Barabajagal..

The best song Donovan ever recorded, I think, was The Hurdy Gurdy Man. A brilliant song that always seems to be overshadowed by other hits like Sunshine Superman and Catch The Wind.

His debut "What's Bin Did and What's Bin His" is a bloody great album. To Sing For you is probably my favourite of his.

I only know one Donovan song.."Hurdy Gurdy Man" after it was featured in the movie Zodiac

Great song, great movie :)

Not a huge fan but put most of his material in the listenable bracket. Remember buying "Sunshine Superman" as a kid.

"Season Of The Witch" is a certified classic with "Hurdy Gurdy Man" not far behind.

Not a huge fan of the early "Dylan-esque" folkie stuff.

But still amazing that he went from that to this..
