Word at Tulla is Dons are considering going after Stringer with 1mil a year over 5, correct me if I'm wrong but I suspect he's on 550-650k so it would be a significant increase and guaranteed financial security for him and his family.
Apparently Dons already have a shipload to spend from the Ryder and Carlisle departures and with Goddard coming to the end of a decent contract, if Hurley leaves there's another 800k available.
I honestly hope that they both stay one club players but that's what could be on the cards in the coming weeks.

My source is good and now the signs will start to appear, did anyone hear what Matthew Lloyd said last night....
Well maybe a year later but this one is gaining legs. Lizard Lukin may be on the money for 2017

Ive got no doubt clubs would pick him up knowing this if it wasnt in the public eye, but it is horrible PR now that everyone knows. I might be going a bit over the top but think there is a chance he might not even be in the league next year

Messing about with schoolgirls and a gambling habit, what a prize campaigner.

I would be dirty on my club if the punished a player for cheating on their misses. While I don't condone it at the end of the day who a player is or isn't rooting has nothing to do with the club

I don’t think cheating is the issue, it’s about respect especially when there’s so many women involved and a lot of them are young. Also it looks really bad on the Dogs for not doing anything about his gambling problem.

They shouldn't have to do anything, yeah they are young but they are legal. The fact he fails to respect his misses hasn't got anything to do with the club. I really don't see why it is the clubs responsibility to manage his money. If he wants help from the club for a gambling problem they should wait for him to ask them and not try and force it on him

in this age, you'd pretty much think any AFL team with an AFLW team have ruled him out.

If the AFL and clubs had been saying they don’t get involved then I would agree. However for years we have heard them go on about how they teach players to respect women and also about responsible gambling. They need to practice what they preach or just stop preaching.

Why would Essendon need this guy?

Hehehehe I'm funny :D

Boy oh boy wow wee.

Surely Taylor can't call him the package next year? The innuendo and s******ing would be unbearable.

I believe he deserves a second chance. People in general do, but my golly he'd be under the microscope.

Welcome to Freo!

They should stop preaching, I do get where you are coming from though.
