Ginbey pros:

• great character, will put in the hard work to get everything out of himself.
• elite speed and endurance
• has the scope and attributes to be a genuine inside midfielder
• huge ceiling/upside

Obviously kicking is only okay, and doesn’t have a lot of senior experience in an inside midfield role, but he will give his absolute all to make it.
