Draft Game revisited - Split round filler

Right. I've been bored senseless so I figure its time to revisit the draft game.

For those that haven't played: I put all participants name in a hat, I draw them out. There's the starting draft order. In the second round I'll reverse it.

EXAMPLE

The way it works is that we pick a player until we have 22.
In which case we then vote on who we think has the best team and why.
Each player has 12 hours to make their pick. Their time starts from the time which the previous person takes theirs. If you miss your pick and come back, you can take your picks then. If you've missed a pick once and your turn comes around again we will automatically skip you until you've picked again.
