juan antonio samaranch ushered in a big performance regime with the olympics. but look at Great Britain, Greece, Australia, and China. not really any different.

And spain dope big time, but i dont think many other european nations do any different. even the swedes. see the swedes with great swimmers and T&F athletes. ofcourse they do what needs to be done. If the public only knew how our swimmers performed so well big lols.

Swimming has almost as many advantages from doping that cycling does at the endurance level. Theres a reason a healthy 24h gold medalist drops dead in the shower and it ain't just bad luck.

Good to see people are slowly comming around to this. I'd love to know how far down the ranks you go before you find someone who doesn't dope.

In regards to Fed, at least he hasn't had the weird absences, but everyone is suspicious unfortunately. I actually copped it on here a while ago for pointing out that Williams is a fraud.

The other thing I think encourages players to dope are the changes to rules such as time violations and time outs for cramping. It makes it so difficult to keep up, hence they're effecively not "allowed" to cramp.

they are all on it.

game theory.

all

Yeah I know was just going with a puerto joke. Plus I was kinda hoping a white knight fanboy would jump in to save the day. :)

we're still not really sure why exactly Nadal requires these suspicious absences. 7 months off for an injury that appears to not actually exist is definately strange.

in the first year of nole (djokovic) in Melbourne, he cam in about 10 kgs lighter. no doping over the summer. he was half the player. the equivalent of the thai boxer, or is he phillipino? Manny Pacquiao. Manny w/o gear, would never have won belts in 5 different divisions, he may never have even won one belt. Like Armstrong, Armstrong was never a GT (grand tour) rider, he did not have the requisite strengths (timetrialling and climbing)

the Czech guy? Or a Pole? Or a Canuck? I know someone died, and he was the reigning world champ in breastroke, about 2011

would certainly be interesting to see how stuff has "changed" over the years. Barry Bonds ended up looking like a bobble head doll.

but I read that roids also, do NOT cause your head to grow.

Well, see Arnold Schwarzeneggers skull, that is NOT NORMAL, and hgh was not used, as they had to extract it from cadavers til about 1998

A young french tennis player died a few years ago as well. Cardiac arrest, but had been suspended for gambling. As a non-science person which PEDs cause heart issues? If I'm not mistaken its EPO that causes the likes of pulmonary embolisisms, isn't it?

Also just a couple of random points:
- Wickmayer was suspended years ago for some sort of whereabouts violations (I think it may've even been by the Belgian tennis authority), hasn't done shit since. She was a USO semifinalist.
- One must wonder about Kleybanova who was diagnosed with cancer shortly after she really got her ranking up. I know its awful of me to speculate, but how can you not?

EPO causes embolisms and heart attacks because it thickens the blood with oyxgen. though as ferrari would say, only if you use it excessively.

HGH/Steroids are ok if you use them in the right way. if you over use them you get all sorts of health issues, enlarged heart is a classic one.

how many athletes have died in the top leagues in the Europe premier divisions in the past decade? half a dozen? How many died over the previous hundred years? A couple?

there does seem to be a suspiciously high level of elite soccer athletes collapsing with an "undiagnosed heart condition". The testing regime for soccer is pathetic - you probably have guys running around at like 60%

Slightly OT but how long until Anthony Mundine's weird new skull bursts out of his skin?
see his nemesis Danny Green too for the hgh growth factors.

but the lines riven in chocko's forehead like frown/smile lines, it is my theory, without being an endocrinologist, is from taking the hypertrophy roids, versus the agonist catabolic roids like cortisone (aka anti inflammatories). The two worst cases i know of a 30yo forehead looking like a 55yo are richmond captain newman and former north captain boomer.

Judd is worse
how bout benny cuzz cuzz, gave matthew mconnaughey a run for his money. not for the grand canyon lines on his forehead, but ridiculous no subcutaneous fat. see mconnaughey in his latest oscar nominated roles, not when he was going thru his shirts off himbo biceps phase. as in cycling we say NOT NORMAL

Holy shit blackcat when did Hewitt get a formula one jaw?

well, he had the sharp jaw even as a youngster.

you wanna ask, when did it get sharper.

emphasis on the amplifier.

your question really should be, how ugly is the Australian cricket captain now his forehead has teamed up with Jack and the Beanstalk and peptides.

But even Fed's forehead has been thickening. The young greek twins (licence, i know they arent) have zero subctaneous fat on them too. NOT NOTMAL

I've no idea really how much a part of tennis doping is, but I'd love to see what would happen if, say, Williams walks into the locker room before her next match to be met by someone from ASADA with a little plastic jar...

remember, the tests dont work. some stuff shows up, but that is why they are called IQ tests. Any athlete, a professional athlete will not have any metabolites floating around in his or her urine, knowing they will be tested for said metabolites. They are so many illegal drugs that cannot be tested for that will achieve the same thing that the illegal drugs that can be tested for and are tested for. You take those ones. And then there is masking and short half lifes or lives. Remember Dane Swan, too smart, cant catch me.

Serena almost died from a clot in her arteries two years back.
