Geelong and Hawthorn are the front runners for the talented 22-year-old defender, who has struggled for
opportunites at the Dockers with just five games this season.
Carlton and Essendon have also shown interest.
“I’m glad for Marcus’s sake that he’s made a stand,” Drum said.
“Fremantle need to trade him without asking too much for him.”
“The kid can really play.”
“He can show that he can go forward too,” he said.
The 192cm defender Drum joins team-mate Brett Peake in seeking trades from the Dockers as trade week begins tomorrow.
“He’s an oustanding young man and he deserves an opportunity and I think if he gets that opportunity, he’ll repay that club 10 times over,” Drum said.

So Damian let me get this straight ....we need to trade Marcus Drum cheaply because he is a promising young guy who can play and is likely to play well for whoever gains his services.
Good to see you have stayed true to your trading philosophy of sell em low buy em high.
Drum has currency - I hope we get a pick inside 30 minimum.

.......read somewhere that Taylor would struggle in Freo's defensive line up.....no doubt the Geelong fans will be keeping their fingers crossed that Bradesmen's influence over Harvey won't stop this deal going through!
