Depends on what you're looking for.
If you're a reasonable writer and can write good RP's, then look for a fed that is RP based, and less on wrestler stats.
If you're not that good a writer, then try and find a fed that works more on stats and strategy.
Personally I prefer the first type, but it's a personal choice thing.
Do a google search for them, and have a look around the web page first. I always avoided ones that used known Wrestlers, cause you're usually expected to play them as they are. Like no playing HHH as a face, say.
I wont recommend any I was involved in cause I think they're all gone now, but look for a fed with an up to date site, that looks professional.
