Checked with the Bible - I was one out. Forgot about Ball.

The Magnificent 7 - Sumich, Worsfold, Peos, McKenna, Lewis, Waterman. There were only six, actually - I refuse to believe there were seven.

All right - Watters

Spider never played a regular season game at the Eagles, only a couple of pre-season and exhibition matches (IIRC one in Seattle?), which I excluded from my original question. I did know about the 60 though.

Daniel Metropolis wore number 8, so we can be sure that is not the lowest never worn....

OK after careful deliberation I have come to the conclusion that the lowest number NEVER worn in a home and away season game would be 29

29... Andrew Donnelly rings a bell with that number for some reason.

But, the answer has already been posted, look at the previous posts.

Seeing as there isn't a current question, I will ask one.

How many years IN A ROW, did Sumich win the WCE goal kicking award? Not how many years in total, but how many years in a row.

6yrs in a row, from 1989-1994, and then again in 1997.

Yep, correct.

You've got an hour to ask a question, after that it's free game for anyone to pop in and ask their own question.

Ok then....

If you had played in each of the Eagles last 235 games, how many Premierships would you have won?

(Not counting pre-season/practice matches)

Both - the '92 GF would have been the second game of the run.

I had to go Uni. 45mins travel each way for a 3 hr class, ok, i can live with that. The friggin class lasted 30mins, with a break in the middle. Go figure.

hmmm by my count you'd only have one...

your first game would have been early 1993...

according to my figures, the 92 Premiership was West Coasts 144th game. they've now played 377 games, which makes 233 since the 92 GF, which means that you are right and I got it wrong.....

well done!

Ahh the joys of the Uni timetable. I remember one semester many years ago having a 1 hr lecture at 8:00am on Tuesday morning, then a 8.5 hour break, then another 1hr lecture at 5.30pm.

Usually didn't bother going to both in any given week (needless to say the 8am was the more often skipped :)).

There were only 20 games in the 1993 season - that might have stuffed your count.

OK. An easy question (no sign of jumper numbers this time - I learnt my lesson)

Name both Eagles captains that were dropped for finals games (and in what years).

While we're in 1999 ...

The Eagles were unbeaten for several weeks at the beginning of 1999, in a streak which included the glorious slaughter of Essendon (also unbeaten until that game).

Which team broke the Eagles' winning streak, and where?
