Spot on. It's sometimes just not possible to turn opinions around when someone decides they don't like a player.The Eagleton slaggers would rather choke themselves than admit he did well. For whatever reason, once some people get a set against a player, they just cannot admit it when he has done well.

Not true. I started this thread and will admit that since then he's turned things around. I'm glad - when he's on he's a good player. I still query his ability to kick clutch goals though, but he slotted a nice one late against the Cats - whilst our Captain choked, so he's not the only senior guy who can miss goals when the team needs him to kick them.
Hope he keeps running hard an kicking long.
