Let's say you don't have a bank account and are computer illiterate.

If you wanted to send cash to somebody interstate, what's the easiest way to do it?

You call the tax office and hand yourself in.

Guess it depends how much.

If you trust the post, do it that way.

If it's a lot bundle it up, put it in video or dvd case, or carve out the inside of a book. Stick it in a box. Express post it. etc etc

I've sent cash through the post o/s and it got there.

Make a money order payable to whoever you are sending the cash to and put that in a registered post envelope.

Western Union is an option as well.

money order - i'm guessing the person on the other end doesn't want the money hitting their bank account. they just need to take the money order to a post office and cash it in with their photo ID. they don't have to bank it like a normal cheque.
