In the light the dramatic dive the club has taken since Bucks took over, it can't be just Bucks that's held accountable. Eddie needs to go as well.
1st bad decision:
Eddie made the decision in 2009, for the succession plan. At the time, it seemed like Malthouse was not going to win a premiership with us, so it didn't seem like a bad idea.
Than Malthouse did win it in 2010, and in the process, built a super team. Eddie should of told Bucks in 2011, ''Sorry mate, but as you can clearly see, plans have changed. We'll pay you out for the years we signed you on for, but we'll keep Malthouse.''
Instead, Eddie goes ahead with the plan, and gets rid our premiership and 4 time Grand Finalist coach, for a unproven coach, and we've finished lower every year.
2nd bad decision:
Bucks should of gone after 2014. It was very clear than, that he didn't have what it took.
If that's not enough, Buck's contract was ending this year. Rather than let it play out, to see if Bucks can finally prove himself in his final year, after failing badly as a coach so far, instead Eddie resigns him for another year!!?? wtf?? It's the 2nd bad decision, that is the last straw.
Eddie did an A grade job as president from 99-2010.
However, his performance as president since than, has been F grade. Taken a super team, and taken us 20 steps back.
Eddie would rather walk through broken glass and sniff 1000 egg farts, than sack his mate Bucks.
If Eddie is not held accountable for this, than that is complete bullcrap.
