Dunno but Scarlo's got twin boys I'm pretty sure so we need to get someone into the AFL before they hit 16/17 (Cooky- I'm looking at you!) to tweak the rules so we can draft both of them.

Clubs can have 2 (or more) nominated players in a draft (f&s academy), but under the new bidding system it could see them go into a points deficit the following year, depending on other teams bidding for the player and the value assigned to them.

This article from May does a pretty good job of explaining things, and in particular the diagrams down the bottom kinda explains things clearer than just reading the article.

The main question for the club would become - how much are these potential F&S selections worth.

I think the club will be turning some very unhappy young boys away over the next 20 years or so, Kitty. There are so many of them!

Haha! Exactly what I was thinking- well maybe not in as much medical detail but along those lines, definitely Don't know if things changed in recent years but there were certainly a fair few girls early on.
