Just looking at English Premier League odds and I tend to like Villa paying $4 to Liverpools $1.80.

Keep in mind Liverpool lost round 1 last year to sheffield wednesday and Villa are coming off a solid 3-0 win against Inter Milan

Like Chelsea @ 3 to win it all.

Eduardo Da Silva to be top scorer @ 26 (on TAB) is overs if you ask me.

Keane lay of the year to be first manager sacked - I don't think they'd sack him if they finished on 0 points for the season.

Couple of random speculators - to win Carling Cup - Newcastle @ 17 and West Ham @ 26 - no more thought gone into that than a couple of mid table teams desperate for a trophy, though.

I wouldn't go on pre season friendly form at all, IMO.

Though I agree with you about not really rating Liverpool, I think they'd be a good lay at around 1.24 to finish in the top 4.

I like Tottenham at $2.20, Everton at $1.55 and West Ham at $1.90 (odds of $6.47 in a multi). Chelsea at $3 is very good to win it all, also like Berbatov for the Golden Boot

I agree Jay-Z, Chelsea to win the title at over 3.00 are great odds. Last year I had a fair bit on Man U throughout the season, started with $10 at 5.90 then started piling on the money at the 2.50 and 2.00 marks. But it was a hard done by win in the end - Man U did their best to try and lose it in the later rounds. I still think Chelsea are the better team.

Liverpool are also very short, I'd lay them for a top 4 finish.
