Is it just me or is it unusual that the goal difference between the top two and the rest of the league is so massive?

Only 3 teams (Arsenal, City and Chelsea) have a double digit positive+ goal difference at this point in the season.

We will get done 3-0 by Arse

I'd be very surprised. I think it will be similar to the game earlier in the season, very tight with a goal either way.

Arsenal are winning, but apart from the Villa home game, the wins have been "ground out" rather than smashing victories.

Not totally unexpected considering results and his comments in the media. I thought they would stick with him until the end of the season because they still have the FA Cup they can play for don't they?

Still wild that even with some truly horror performances this season United are only 3 points off 4th.

If they get a competent manager in, and with some luck in other results they could get a UCL spot.

If we don't beat Liverpool I will be very frustrated. They are there for the taking. Still annoyed they fluked a win against us early on.

Really need to put them to the sword.
You will beat Liverpool. Easily.

But the first game was hardly a fluke. Our defensive action turned up for once. Arsenal had ONE shot on target.

Unless you count the game plan of getting as many corners as possible “dominating the game”.

Looks like your new era won't last too long with this guy around

That’s more impressive than the soon to be sixth permanent Manchester United manager that Luke Shaw will have played for.

It was classy of Reece James to help Gvardiol off the field when he got injured. The incident looked innocuous and he was able to put some weight on his right leg, but apparently he's had surgery for a fractured tibia.

City could have a CB problem. Dias also went off injured. Stones can't get himself fit. Khusanov is more of a FB. I wouldn't be surprised if they push for the Guehi transfer.

Who do you think can Make United Great Again?

United's fortunes won't change any time soon because of the ownership. The Glazers still own about 70% and don't GAF about the club. Even when United report an annual debt they collect millions in dividends.

Ratcliffe running football operations has been a disaster. Pissed off the fans with price increases. He saves money by laying off 450 staff and cancelling stationery orders then costs the club £25m by extending ten Hag’s contract before sacking him three months later, and paying Newcastle £4m for Dan Ashworth as sporting director then punting him after 15 league games.

The league position went from 3rd to 15th. Amorim fell out with key players. Amorim has by far the worst record of wins for any recent United manager.

They're currently 5th

Desperately needing a bit of a turn of form tonight. Going to be a tough ask to do it against Villa.
