I think they have a great list. Recruitment from the dons has been A+ in Smith, Sheil, Saad and Stringer. Essendopes propblems are not with the list. The culture is either toxic or the players hate the coach.

I seriously disagree, they have some very very below average players getting consistent games for them, and clearly dont have great depth with Hooker and Daniher out. Additionally their midfield is small and weak and you could see that last year yet they did nothing to fix it.

They did recruit the premier midfielder we were chasing and added Smith the year before, only so many spots on the list.

I don't understand why they didn't go all out for Rockliff when he was on the market, same for Kennedy and Steele from GWS. There's more than a hint of Ratten-era Carlton to their recruting fixation.
