Essendon Board suggestions

Considering pazza and I are both fairly new to the Moderating gig, I felt it'd be appropriate to open a thread for suggestions. This is an opportunity for everyone to have their input and put forward ideas for anything and everything. I'd say there's quite a few of you who would have a better understanding as to what people want than what I do (I can't speak for pazza), so I'm all ears.
Obviously not everything put forward is going to be automatically granted, but consider this an open discussion.

How about a bay 13-esque sub forum where opposition supporters for the coming week can come in and have a bit of banter. Could be better then just telling us to go to the bay as then all the usual suspects from other teams would de-rail it.
